Slow Down Tummy Syrup {Natural Diarrhea Support}

Servings: 1 Cups


  • 4 Cups Water
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Blackberry Root
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Elderberries
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Marshmallow Root
  • 1 Tsp Dried Raspberry Leaf
  • 1 Tsp Dried Ginger Root
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Honey


  • Boil water over high heat.
  • Once water starts boiling, turn down to med/high heat. Add in all the ingredients, except the honey and mix well. Boil for 20 minutes. I use the lid for half the time and leave the lid off half the time.
  • After 20 minutes, take it off heater and let it cool down a bit.
  • Add the honey in the warm syrup and mix well. Store some in fridge for immediate use or for long term use, store away in freezer!


For dosage: For kiddos, start with a couple of teaspoons every couple of hours until diarrhea slows. For adults, you can use the same dosage as kiddos or increase to use a couple of tbsp {depending on severity}!
