Getting your body ready to create a human and bring it into the world is one of the biggest jobs a woman can do! Do you have a goal to take nutrition and lifestyle seriously before a baby is conceived? If so, you’re in the right place! I always tell clients a baby has already begun developing its brain, heart, spinal cord and many other things before you know you’re pregnant, so being on top of your health BEFORE pregnancy can give you peace of mind.
Most women who’ve been on birth control for years stop taking it and want to start right away. Unfortunately, birth control depletes you of B vitamins (like the important one for baby development, folate!), vitamin C, magnesium, and more. When we start working together, I want to be sure your body is optimized with nutrients through food and supplements so you have plenty to share with your growing baby.
What do I do for you? I make sure your food is nutritious (and delicious, duh) and remove common inflammatory foods, so your body becomes an awesome growing temple! Knowing how to eat healthy will be one less thing you’ll have to worry about when you have kids. We also go over editing your beauty and cleaning products to create a non-toxic home and body! We will touch on stress, exercise, and so much more along the way.
Are you in the postnatal stage? We still gotcha mama! Postpartum our goals are to help make sure your breast milk is nutrient dense + that you are getting enough nutrients to support recovery! Plus, supporting your body for hormonal balance because we know there is ALOT happening the first year after having a baby.
