Strugglin’ with hormonal issues?
Many women and men come to me with certain symptoms – weight loss, thinning hair, sleep issues, I mean the list goes on and on. Our hormones, which are our chemical messengers that go throughout our body to communicate with our internal systems, play a HUGE role in our overall health. There are so many various hormones that tell us when we’re hungry, full, stressed, etc.
Usually, I find myself working with the thyroid, sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), blood sugar, and the adrenals the most. These are so important to the physiology of how our body is working and feeling. Many of the symptoms that people come to me with usually clues me into that something in thrown off in one of these areas of your body.
Depending on the hormone that is imbalanced (when one is thrown off, it’s likely another one is imbalanced as well), I can support your body with the food and supplements to help your body get back on track or at least reduce the amount of symptoms that you’re struggling with.
