Most people know that wild caught salmon looks better and sounds better than a farm raised fish, but what’s really the scoop? Is wild caught salmon THAT much better? I know how tempting the price difference can be, but price aside, health is top priority! Tune into this quick, but goody episode and you’ll know the best choice + won’t even think twice next time you’re grocery shopping!

A follow up question that I get is fresh or frozen fish better? Honestly, it’s totally based on preference! 🙂 I buy mostly frozen because it’s easy to throw into the freezer when I get home and already divided up into servings and frozen fish is wayyy easy to thaw out!
