Being from New Orleans, seafood was always on the menu. Salmon is perfect, not only because it is delicious, but it is also loaded with essential omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Layering it with cajun seasonings- paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper– will upgrade your salmon to a trip right down Bourbon Street!
