In a bowl, mix the almond flour, oats, flaxseed, sesame seeds, baking soda, coconut sugar, and cinnamon! Mix until combined.
In the same bowl, now add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients – the coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk! Mix well until everything is well combined. Your “dough” should be formed by now!
Fold in the chocolate chips to the dough. It’s up to you how much you want to use.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cookies are soft + firm. Serve with a heaping glass of water and/or chamomile tea (which is also known to help increase breast milk supply!).
