Ingredients
  • 1 1/2Cups Almond Flour
  • 2Cups Rolled OatsGluten Free*
  • 1/2Cup Flaxseed Meal
  • 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4Cup Coconut OilMelted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2Cup Almond Milk
  • Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, oats, flaxseed, sesame seeds, baking soda, coconut sugar, and cinnamon! Mix until combined.
  3. In the same bowl, now add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients – the coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk! Mix well until everything is well combined. Your “dough” should be formed by now!
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips to the dough. It’s up to you how much you want to use.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cookies are soft + firm. Serve with a heaping glass of water and/or chamomile tea (which is also known to help increase breast milk supply!).
