Add in the avocado + it’ll give you a more satiated feeling at the end of your meal! Not only will avocado bring healthy fats into this salad, but olive oil will too! Olive oil will help you absorb the fat soluble vitamins that you’ll find in salad! And the walnuts, well they provide a perfect crunch and even MORE healthy fats.

  • 1 Pear Small
  • 1 Avocado Small
  • 1 Handful Organic Walnuts
  • 1/4 Red Onion Sliced Thin
  • 1 Tbsp Salt Maldon Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
Dressing
  • 1 Lemon Slice, Squeezed
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar Organic Without Sulfates
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Instructions
  1. Slice up your avocado, onion, and lemon slice. Set aside
  2. Carefully mix in your avocado and pear or lay on top
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
