Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus {Perfect Party Appetizer!}

Earlier this month, I went to such a fun little ladies holiday soirΓ©e and my sweet friend said I needed to bring some healthy snacks! (Duh, my speciality!)Β I decided on my gluten free dairy free gingerbread men and of course this deliciousness –Β Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus!

These are so easy to make and whip up for a party or even a side dish for a dinner….or even a snack. Let’s be honest these things are freaking fantastic.

Ideally, you want to make this right before your event or meal. They are the BEST when they are hot + crispy. I’m not picky though. πŸ˜‰

  • 2 Bunches Asparagus
  • 5 Packages Prosciutto
  • Avocado Oil

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut off the thick bottoms on each asparagus.
  • Cut each prosciutto slice in half lengthwise.
  • Take each halved prosciutto slice and wrap around the asparagus. Try not to overlap when you can. Wrap as tightly as you can too!
  • Repeat until all asparagus are wrapped.
  • Place wrapped asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with avocado oil.

  • After 15 minutes, turn the broiler on high and broil until prosciutto is crispy (a couple of minutes). **WATCH the oven when you're broiling, everything cooks fast and can easily be burned.
