How To Make Herbal Capsules

How To Make Herbal Capsules

Supplements can bring a hefty price tag, especially the good quality ones. Supplements are always in our house, even though we eat a real food diet, we love to make sure our bases are covered in anything that we might be deficient in AND supplements are a really great way to intake something that you might not be so fond of.

For example, in this video, I talk about how to create an herbal capsule and I use Reishi mushroom! I’m not a mushroom girl, I can’t get over the look and texture. I totally feel like a 2 year old when it comes to mushrooms, but I do know how healthy they are. Supplements help me get those nutrients and phytochemicals in my body, without having to really taste it.
