Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake

This gluten free chocolate mug cake is the PERFECT thing if you are wanting something sweet, but don’t want to make a dozen cookies or a whole cake. It helps limit the number of sweets that you eat + the serving size is perfect for 1 person! We plan to make different versions in the future, but this chocolate flavor is a CLASSIC!

Where I get my ingredients for our Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake

  • Almond Flour – I get from Costco because it’s a fantastic deal + love how the almond flour works!
  • Cacao Powder
  • Coconut Oil
  • Maple Syrup – I also get from Costco!
  • Almond Milk – My FAVORITE is from the company called MALK. I love that the ingredients are simple of {sprouted almonds, water, and sea salt}. You can find this at your local Whole Foods or Sprouts!
  • Eggs – I get from my favorite Vital Farms or somewhere local in Austin, TX.

Get an average-sized mug and microwave! It’s crazy simple. When you make this gluten free chocolate mug cake, tag us @thrivalnutrition so we can see your creation + what toppings you use!

P.S. If you love this mug cake, try our quick chocolate avocado mousse!
