This week we are interviewing Brianna Elliott, also known as RD Bri! I absolutely LOVE what Brianna recommends and what she is passionate about. She goes a little bit against the grain of what is taught from conventional teaching of nutrition. She truly believes that food can improve our health & quality of life (which she is right! ;)).
She works for an organization called Open Arms of Minnesota where she is providing medical nutrition therapy to people suffering from chronic diseases. She also has her own nutrition coaching practice that helps people achieve their health goals by eating REAL food.
