Do you know about the intuitive eating movement? The non-diet, every food has place in your diet, no negative feelings when you eat an “unhealthy” food, etc. I’m not totally against it because the emotional aspect of it is 100% true, but in this episode, I’m challenging some of the things that are taught – such as “every food has a place in your diet”.
