She lives in Northern California where she currently practices Nutritional Therapy and continually researches the science of how herbs and certain foods interact with the body.
Through her own wellness journey Ariel has discovered the importance of using food as medicine, as well as the magic of plants and nature. She works to empower people to take charge of their health and transform themselves using holistic lifestyle interventions. Ariel is also dedicated to educating the public on cleaner personal care products and nontoxic living.
