09 Jul Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee
Do you ever have any recipes that you just wing it and they turn out to be so good…..well, this happened this morning. After my morning workout, I went to go blend up some protein goodness. I really didn’t know what I was in the mood for…..I wanted energy, refuel, and deliciousness.
My husband already prepped some French press coffee, so I was like eh, I’ll throw it in. Then, I just started throwing ingredients in the blender that looked good + HOLY COW.
So, here I am…sharing with you the goodness I made this morning. And of course, writing a blog helps me remember this recipe for next time. Because there will be a next time.
- 1/2 Cup French Pressed (Or Cold Brew) Coffee
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbs Onnit Cinnamon MCT Oil
- 2 Dates (Pitted)
- 1 Scoop Nuzest Plant Protein (Coffee Flavored)
- 1 Scoop Collagen
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
