Ever wonder what must-have equipment is in a nutritionist’s kitchen? Have you ever read recipes and you really wanted to create that recipe, but you find out you don’t have the kitchen equipment to make it? I mean you could always improvise, but certain kitchen equipment can make cooking EASIER and more enjoyable. 

Because, let’s be real, do you really want to chop everything by hand (especially if the recipe calls for a lot of chopping)? I didn’t think so – so I rounded up all my equipment that I use all the time. These are things that I just couldn’t live without….
